  1. You probably know butterflies symbolize soul transformation. In 2008, we had to release our 15-yr.old dog and chose to have the vet come so she could transition under our oak tree. Within seconds of her passing, a butterfly came across the yard and circled us 3 times then left. It was a powerful experience and one I’ll never forget.
