Learning to love yourself can sometimes be hard work.
It can be harder yet when we have things we haven’t dealt
with from our past.These are things we need to accept and
let go of. When we truly have forgiveness not only for others
but ourselves as well, life begins to unfold in a beautiful,
loving way.
Once we have acceptance letting go happens naturally.
Now we begin to live a more beautiful life. Now our heart
becomes one of kindness and compassion and understanding
for ourselves and for others.. Now we are able to embrace life
